STRATEGY & BUSINESS PLAN DEVELOPMENT
Develop and lead multi-stakeholder strategy sessions/workshops for grantees and innovators on behalf of funders
Advise and support strategic and business plan development for funders and innovators
Provide project management support in the execution of strategic plans
HUMAN RESOURCES STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENT
Work with funders to develop and implement human resource strategies, including proving support in hiring, interviewing and candidate selection
Develop employee policies, procedures and resources including employee handbooks, codes of conduct and policies, business continuity and succession plans
Entrepreneurial coaching
Provide leadership coaching and mentoring to funders and innovators
Provide customized founder and senior management training in business development, operations, and planning
ADDITIONAL FUNDER SERVICES
Provide board and/or committee representation (observer or member) for funders
Act as funder’s representative at conferences and on panels
